Pinafores

I really have fallen in love with the pinafores that are starting to make their way onto the fashion scene. At first I thought they were just like overalls but they are so much more interesting. I particularly love the one from dragonberry on the far left with the shiny-leather look. Being able to wear shirts or jumpers underneath but also on top if you're too cold. I think the pinafores would be best matched with some bright socks and boots or any type of good quality canvas shoe.

I'm lovin the huf socks so much. I just bought a pair of grey and yellow ones and I definitely think they're worth it. Wearing socks with coltranes and boots looks better than I thought and bright colourful socks to colour block an outfit are a food option. They best place to buy groovy sock would be topshop, hufworldwide etc.

MTV Movie Awards!

Overall I loved the fashion from this years MTV Movie Awards.
Hayley Williams was rockin' the black overalls and the coltrane cut-outs. It's good to see someone wear something out their and original compared to all of the other amazing dresses. I love love love long pant-overalls at the moment and I think they will soon be very much back in fashion.
Selena Gomez's Julien Macdonald dress was also a golden show-stopper, as was Brittany Snow's simple but amazing black and fur dress.
As always Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner looked amazingly glamorous. They complimented eachother with the contrast of black and white. I have fallen in-love with the pointed heels and have decided that if you get a black or nude pair they will go with mostly any outfit.

To Buy, or Not to Buy

 WHITE OR BLACK?? I personally prefer the white of these two styles to the black. Mostly all boots that you find including coltranes and other cut-out boots are black, so if you have the choice go for something different and choose the white.

$179.95 OR $79.95?? I have the $79.95 coltranes and although I prefered the more expensive ones for appearance I don't think they are worth $100 more. I'd be lying if I said I didn't buy them because they were cheaper, because I did. But I get so much wear out of them that the more expensive ones would be worth the cash if you're willing to spend it.
